Welcome to Leisure and Culture

Halewood park
Halewood Park, or the ‘Triangle’ as it
is known locally, is an oasis of
naturally regenerating oak birch
woodland surrounded by the urban
sprawl of Halewood.
The Park is an important green space for the residents of Halewood as it provides a countryside experience without having to travel great distances. The Park offers a number of recreational facilities such as the extensive bridleway network, the Trans Pennine Trail long distance cycleway that runs through the site, and a number of ponds, one of which is leased to Halewood Angling Club.
