Our new electronic library is now up and running, providing customers with convenient access to resources held within Knowsley's libraries and on the internet.

You can

• Search the library catalogue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your favourite books, videos, DVD's and games
• Use 'Find it Fast' and 'Kids Library' to locate items of interest quickly and easily
• Not sure what to read? Recommended reading and best seller lists, summaries, tables of contents and jacket images will help you choose
• View and renew items on loan
• Place reservations
• Create personal reading lists based on favourite subjects, authors and activities and much more
• Browse hundreds of archive photographs of Knowsley and view our digital collection.

How to register

Anyone can use the Electronic Library to search nearly 200,000 items. However, to access the full range of services listed here, you need to be a library member and have your own PIN (Personal Identification Number) to avoid anyone else accessing your account. To get your PIN number, you need to visit a branch library with your library card and another form of ID.
