What is THE BIG EVENT?

The Big event will be a showcasing and recruitment opportunity open to all businesses on Merseyside, with a limit on 400 businesses attending.


Why should my business attend?

At the BIG EVENT you will be able to:-

• Promote your vacancies, apprenticeships and opportunities

• Showcase your company to the other 399 businesses on site

• Have access to over 10,000 16 – 24 year olds looking for employment

• Speak to an advisor on the benefits of joining the Merseyside Apprenticeship Programme

• Discover the benefits of working with Knowsley Council's Employment, Skills and Inclusion Team 

The outcome will minimise your recruitment costs, and don’t forget you will only recruit staff you want, nobody will be forced upon you.

Tuesday 7th February 2012 - open to the public 10.00am – 5.00pm*
Echo Arena, Kings Dock,
Liverpool Waterfront, Liverpool. L3 4FP

*Employers/Business exhibiting will need to be set up before 8.30am


How much will it cost to attend?

Absolutely nothing – compared to the excessive recruitment costs you may face if you don’t attend.
