Knowsley Council's Employment Skills and Inclusion Team supports local businesses by providing an innovative approach to your recruitment needs.  We have developed highly successful programmes to bridge the skills gap between your requirements as employers and potential employees in the local area.

By identifying these gaps the Team, partner organisations and training providers have been able to develop individual packages for a wide variety of businesses within Knowsley.

Our work with local people has resulted in a potential pool of committed, qualified and flexible employees.  This has been achieved through our unique approach to the personal development of all potential employees combined with appropriate training. We are also able to offer a period of financially supported employment, which best suits, the needs of the trainees and employer alike. In partnership with local businesses we have utilised the use of work placements to identify the right candidate for your vacancy.
