Key responsibilities for the role:

To train to effectively manage and deliver all aspects of administative duties associated with the KMBC contract office, to ensure compliance with national/area working standards (BMS) along with working to comply with Financial Sox requirements and procedures, including attending relevant college training and gaining a NVQ qualification.

  • Payroll/timesheet management
  • Purchase requisitions

  • Support stock reconciliation and charge outs
  • Plant allocations
  • Processing subcon payments
  • Support eveidencing requirements
  • Symology support
  • Holiday, annual leave and lunch cover for call centre
  • Developing site files
  • T card and company credit card management
  • General office duties
  • Accurate and transparent communication available to support the region
  • Efficient running of the contracting office
  • Optimum cost optimisation through effective use of resource
  • Contribute to quality submissions and other business requrements

  • Good base level of education and be willing to undertake further college training

Top tips for filling in the application form:
