Kirkby High School, a member of the Rowan Learning Trust is an oversubscribed academy seeking a highly competent and qualified Youth Engagement Co-ordinator.
Candidates need to be passionate about delivering youth work to young people, vulnerable to negative social influences. Candidates will be flexible and able to act on their own initiative. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a calm determination to help turnaround the aspirations of young people. The role involves a flexible working element expected to accommodate after school visits.
There are currently 817 students at the school, with student numbers rising and forecast to continue doing so. In line with rapid recent school improvement, the school ethos is central to our mission of “Excellence for All”.
The school is renowned for the support and training of our staff with a relentless focus on CPD.
