Welcome to Housing

Hard to let and easy to access properties
A number of Housing Associations operate schemes that give housing applicant greater choice in where they live. If you are already on a register with a housing association, are low on the allocation list and are prepared to live in a less desirable property, you may be able to get a transfer more quickly through an easy access scheme.
A dwelling is defined as 'Hard to Let', when there have been three offers refused or where there are no suitable applicants on the waiting lists for the type of property in that area.
Properties in the scheme are mostly two or three bedroom and are on the less popular estates.
For further information, contact your housing association direct or phone the number below.
