If you feel that a decision made by the housing association is wrong, you must contact the relevant Housing Association as soon as possible.

You can ask to review a decision made about a number of issues such as your eligibility to join the register, the number of points you have been awarded and removing your name from the register.

If you are still unhappy about the decision of the Housing Association you can contact the Housing Ombudsman or any advice agency for further information.
