Shared Care offers short term care to
adults with a learning disability and
the people who care for them.
The Knowsley Community Partnership Scheme represents a Borough wide commitment to community based services, which, by their very nature, draw upon the resources of our community.
The services that people provide include long-term accommodation, short breaks/respite, and day/evening support services - all of which are provided from the homes of approved community partners.
