If you have a disability you may be
entitled to help with equipment or
adaptations for your home. We can also
provide an interpreter if needed.
The eligibility to receive equipment will be determined during an assessment of your personal needs. You may also be entitled to apply for a facilities grant to help with costs.

try to agree on the best way to
provide the help that you need.
