Support groups

Knowsley Social Services has a number of day centres for older people, people with disabilities and people with mental health problems.

The family support service consists of four family centres providing children and families with help and support to work through difficulties and find solutions.

Caring for someone can be physically and emotionally draining so it is important that you have somewhere to turn if things get tough.
