Out of hours support
If you need to see a doctor outside normal surgery opening hours
and it is an emergency, you can call the GP Out of Hours service.
This is staffed by local doctors and you can contact this service
by calling your GP practice telephone number and you will be
redirected to the out of hours service.
Emergency dental treatment
If you need emergency dental treatment out of hours, call your
own dentist and you will be directed to an on-call service.
If you don’t have a dentist, call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 who
will be able to direct you to a dentist who can help.
