Knowsley Park Centre for Learning Website
Knowsley Park Centre for Learning was officially opened in
September 2009, by Sheena Ramsey – Chief Executive of Knowsley
Council.
Knowsley Park Centre for Learning provides secondary education
for pupils aged from 11-16, for up to 1200 pupils, with a maximum
intake of 240 places per year.
The centre was Knowsley’s fourth Building Schools for the Future
(BSF) Centre for Learning to open its doors to pupils, so that
they, along with the community, could have a world class education
with state of the art technology, as well as excellent facilities
for sport, cultural and leisure activities.
This centre specialises in modern foreign languages. The state
of the art facilities have been designed to meet the challenges of
21st Century learning. Blending the very best of established
educational practices with innovative ideas and advanced technology
staff encourage students to stretch their boundaries and learn more
than they thought possible.
Staff at the centre work hard to ensure that all students reach
their full potential, both in terms of academic performance and
personal development.
The centre provides a safe, stimulating learning environment in
which students can grow into responsible adults, respecting
themselves and each other.
