Investigation into mineral resources in Merseyside

Urban Vision is working on behalf of the District Authorities of Merseyside to undertake an investigation into minerals resources in Merseyside to establish the evidence base for minerals planning in the area.

To assist with this work we are currently seeking information on known mineral resources within the Merseyside Area. Any mineral operators, landowners and consultants who hold information, including borehole records, location map of the area/site, or knowledge of any previous investigations, and who wish to be included in this study, are asked to contact Urban Vision.

Should you wish to put forward a site(s), or require further information on the study being undertaken, please contact Philippa Hothersall at the address below, including a map of the proposed site and any other relevant information, including any borehole records. We will review any data provided, conducting site visits when appropriate. All information that is provided will be treated sensitively, taking account of the need for commercial confidentiality.
