We are now using a new online consultation system called Limehouse to record representation and comments made on planning documents within the Local Development Framework.
The purpose of the Limehouse consultation system is to enable us to engage in meaningful consultation with the public and organisations via the internet.

Electronic consultation provides an enhanced experience for consultees where they can provide comments  on specific points within a document, see that their comments have been received, share comments with other consultees, and track the outcome of those comments.
Key benefits of making representations online include:

• Update personal details instantly, such as change of address or email.
• Specify preference. How any future contact should be made regarding document updates or mailshots.
• Save time. View documents and representations online. 
• Optional instant updates of new drafts available for consultation.
• Environmenal. Electronic systems save paper.
• Ability to view other consultee representations once they have been processed by the council.
• Search. View other representations on different items within a particular document.
