This grant is for help with course
related costs for students who have
dependent children. You may be
eligible for up to £1,470 a year
depending on the dependant's income
and
the number of children in the family.
The grant will be paid in three instalments with your student loan. You do not have to repay the grant.
The Jobcentre Plus and Housing Benefit departments will not count this grant when they work out your benefit entitlement.
