Induction standards
Ensuring a world class workforce is an important goal for the children and young people's sector. In order to achieve this, public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations are coming together in partnership to produce a common approach to induction for children and young people's services staff working in Knowsley, in line with national common induction standards.
These standards should help to develop new members of the chidren's workforce by making sure that they receive the training and support they need in the first six months of their employment.
