Tower Hill Action Area Supplementary Planning Document
The draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)and its Sustainability Appraisal (SA)is prepared under the Knowsley Replacement Unitary Development Plan (RUDP) which was adopted by the Council in June 2006. When the SPD/SA is adopted it will complement the provisions of Policy H3 of the RUDP, which defines Tower Hill as an action area, and other initiates to further the regeneration of the area.Public consultation took place between 13 and 18 December 2006. As a result of the consultation, amendments were agreed at a cabinet meeting on 7 March. The final adopted version of the plan is currently being produced.
