If a birth, death or marriage took
place in Knowsley, you can contact
Knowsley Register Office on 443 5210
and arrange a copy certificate.
The office is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Costs
- Standard birth, death and marriage certificates, containing all the details entered in the register are £7.
- Short birth certificates, containing the full name, date of birth and registration district are £5.50.
- If the certificate you require is from a register in current use, the cost is reduced to £3.50.
You must supply us with as much
information as possible. Register
office staff cannot undertake
protracted searches through records.
Copy certificates cannot be issued while you wait. They will be posted to you the next working day or you can collect it from us the next working day.

Select the 'sundry debt' option and enter 'copy certificates' in the account number field and complete the remaining fields as requested.
