This is a versatile room which accommodates a wide choice of room layouts, making it a popular choice for larger functions. Facilities include an excellent dance floor and stage area. Ideal for accommodating:

The Gallery
A modern and well equipped room ideal for hosting functions for 40 – 150 guests. The Gallery is also complemented by it’s own private foyer area, audio visual equipment and cloak facilities. Ideal for accommodating:

- Dinner Dances for 40 – 80 people
- Presentation & Awards Evenings 60 – 150 people

The Heritage Lounge
The Heritage Loung is an excellent choice for accommodating functions for 20 – 60 guests. Complimented by integral bar facilities it is a popular choice for more intimate functions. Ideal for:

The Stadt Moers Room
The Stadt Moers Room provides the ideal setting for private meetings and dinners. Accommodating:
- Boardroom Meetings for 10 – 35 people
- Formal Meals for 10 – 20 people
- Buffet Receptions for 20 –35 people

The Mayors Lounge
For the smaller function we are able to offer the seclusion of the Mayor’s Lounge, which is perfect for private buffet reception or meetings of up to 20 people.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm £15.00 per hr
6pm – 11pm £17.00 per hr
Booking arrangements
We invite you to contact us to arrange an appointment, to view our facilities and to discuss the service you wish to consider for your function.
Provisional
Within 14 days of placing the provisional booking, we require a deposit to confirm your booking.
Confirmation
For all bookings a deposit of £100.00 is required. (wedding bookings minimum £200.00 deposit required). Unless the confirmation deposit is received within 14 day period allowed, the date may be released and the provisional booking cancelled.
Cancellations
In the event of subsequent cancellation, the deposit will be held until such time as the date and room/rooms reserved have been resold. If cancellation occurs in the 28 days immediately prior to the function after full payment has been made, the Suite reserve the right to discretion with the respect to the level of re-imbursement, if any, which may be provided.
Payment
28 days before the function date we will require full payment for all the services requested.
