Celebration fork buffet
We invite you to select your own personal menu by choosing one item from each of the six sections below.
Your choice will be accompanied by a selection of salads to provide a buffet similar to the following example:

Combination buffet
Your individually selected celebration fork buffet served together with:
- Chicken tikka masala
- Lancashire hot pot
- Pilau rice and poppadoms
- Crusty french bread
- A selection of salads
The combination buffet offers the opportunity for you to provide both for guests who prefer a traditional fork buffet and for those who prefer a hot supper buffet. Provision is based upon our experience that 60% of guests will normally opt for the traditional buffet.

Desserts
A choice of three desserts may be selected. The optional service of desserts with evening buffets is subject to a minimum provision for 50, or 50% when catering is for more than 100 guests
