Supplying goods, services, and works to Knowsley Council
Knowsley Council uses an electronic system for tendering
and quotations (known as The Chest) to enable existing and
potential suppliers to view contract opportunities for Knowsley and
other councils in the North West.
Any organisation interested in supplying to Knowsley Council can
register online to receive e-mail alerts for all
opportunities.
The electronic portal allows you to request details of contract
opportunities at your convenience.
When your organisation is invited to take part in the tendering
process you will be able to download documents from the portal and
when you have completed your submission you will be able to upload
your finished documents using the portal.
You can amend your submission as many times as you think
necessary up until the date and time that the opportunity
closes.
The portal is a secure site and you will receive an e-mail
notification that your submission has been received. There is
no charge for using this service.

Constructionline
Wel use the Constructionline register of qualified construction
contractors and consultants as a method of procurement for works
contracts. Contractors wishing to be considered for building
work within the council should register with Constructionline.
For formal tenders KMBC would also require the contractors’
registration with the Contractors Contractors ealth and Safety Assessment
Scheme.
