Leisure and personal treatment licences

You will need to obtain a licence from the council if you are planning on running the following businesses:

• Operate a caravan site.
• Open a hairdressers or barbers.
• Carry out treatments which use needles such as acupuncture, piercings, tattoos or electrolysis.
