Animal licences

If you keep certain types of animals or operate animal related businesses, you will need to obtain the relevant licence from the council. These include the following:

• Animal boarding licence to keep animal boarding kennels.
• A dog breeding licence for permission to breed dogs.
• A licence to keep exotic, dangerous or wild animals.
• The relevant licence for the movement of farm animals.
