Group Fitness

Group exercise classes are a great way to make friends as
well as to get fit. We have a range of exercise classes and
we are sure you'll find one that’s perfect for you!
Here is a sample of the classes we have on offer!
Core
Effective exercises to flatten, tone and strengthen. Come
along for Abs of steel!
Aquacise
A water based aerobics class, using the resistance from the
water to improve muscle strength and tone, whilst placing minimum
impact on joints. Suitable for non-swimmers, expectant mums and
those with joint problems or injuries.
Pump
A progressive, complete-body workout utilising barbells and
weight plates. with an emphasis on intensity and technique,
this interval based workout targets individual muscle groups to
improve body composition
Circuit
A total body workout incorporating cardiovascular and strength
training. work at a level that suits you.
Half & Half
30 mintes aerobics, 30 minutes Conditioning
KickFit
A ladies only class for the unfit, fit and very fit.
Sessions consist of fat burning, cardio, total body toning
exercises, and an anti stress relaxation period.
LBT
Legs, Bums and Tums...the exercise programme that tones those
all important areas.
Spin
This motivating, energising class delivers all the benefits of
cycling outdoors, with all the comfort of the indoors. You
control your own intensity so it's perfect for anyone looking for a
challenging non-impact workout. Caution; spinning is
addictive!
Stretch & Tone
A class designed to tighten, tone and relax the whole body
Step
An exciting and moderate intensity step class that utilises easy
to follow stepping combinations to give you a great aerobic
workout
Fight
An aerobic based non contact class incorporating martial arts
moves to improve body shape and elevate fitness levels
Tai Chi
An Oriental programme to bring about a state of mental calm
and clarity. Suitable for all levels of fitness
Zumba
The fitness craze everyone is talking about! An easy to follow,
calorie burning, latin fusion fitness class. Come and join
the party!
Boxercise
Fun and challenging for all fitness levels. Each class
involves a variety of dynamic boxing techniques to improve all
round fitness and body shape
20/20/20
The complete class...20 minutes Fight, 20 minutes Step and 20
minutes Conditioning
Conditioning
A total body toning class using a mixture of hand weights and
body weight exercises
Pilates
This class focuses specifically on training the core postural
muscles improving both strength and flexibility
Yoga
A floor based class concentrating on strengthening and
stretching exercises, improving flexibility and balance.
